FNC200M Grid Power Valve Regulated Fiber Nickel Cadmium Battery
HOPPECKE FNC200M FNC MEDIUM RATE BATTERIES
The grid | power FNC200M is based on the proven Nickel Cadmium fibre structure technology. It therefore withstands the highest shock and vibration stresses and has a long service life and cycle life even under extreme temperature conditions. Due to the integrated low-pressure valve including a flame-resistant degassing port, the oxygen and hydrogen gases produced during charging are recombined with an efficiency of up to 90 %.
The grid | power FNC200M is therefore extremely low-maintenance and water refilling can be extended to an interval of 20 years under optimal conditions. This significantly reduces the maintenance effort and the associated maintenance costs.
The battery is particularly well suited for stationary systems for uninterruptible power supply in the autonomy range between one hour and several days. Here, it can be operated safely even under extreme temperature influences with a long service life and good performance characteristics.
FNC200M FEATURES AND BENEFITS
• The incorporation of a low-pressure valve and a flame arresting vent with the grid | power FNC-VR technology, recombines oxygen and hydrogen gasses inside the cell with up to 90% efficiency
• The grid | power FNC-VR cell technology with liquid electrolyte has significant advantages over other valve regulated battery systems in which only minimal electrolyte reserves are available.
– Large electrolyte reserve to protect against dry out in the case of a charger failure.
– No tendency to thermal runaway. Therefore, the grid | power FNC-VR can be used in a large temperature range.
• No water addition or filling is required over a period of 20 years when operated on float charge at 20°C.

Power Storage Solutions Installation and Service for FNC200M
We understand that data centers are heavily reliant on batteries for backup power. We also understand that batteries must be redundant and if only one battery in your UPS configuration is not performing; it compromises your overall backup power. Our experience and our focus is to know the batteries and their implication for your operation. To determine the perfect solution, we will partner with you, analyze your critical power needs and construct the backup power solution that will perform as designed.
We can remove and recycle your old battery system then install, properly set up and test your new system. We have been installing stationary batteries for over 20 years. We have the experience, equipment and capabilities to safely perform this type of work.
Routine maintenance ensures your UPS equipment stays reliable, improving your UPS’s overall performance and extending their useful life. Service plans allow customers to be proactive; providing opportunity to detect potential points of failure preventing expensive problems.
When ordering new batteries, also remember to properly recycle your old lead batteries. Federal and state regulations require lead-acid batteries be recycled. Power Storage Solutions’ nationwide service organization can arrange pickup, transportation to and recycling at any one of our company affiliated smelters. Click Here for More Information
